My Father Is 66 Years-old. He Has Slept For 65

My father is 66 years-old. He has slept for 65 out of 72 hours. He had pain in his left arm and describes it as muscle pain. He feels week and i observed a little disorientation. He is on prescription pain medication for his back pain. Fentanyl patches 50 mcg/hr for 72 hours. And also Dextroamphetamine for his sleeping disorder sleep apnea. He is 5 foot 2 inches tall and 200 pounds
