My Father Is 72 Years Old And Has Been Complaining

My father is 72 years old and has been complaining pain on knee joins for quite sometime. Recently his legs were slightly swollen lower down the knees and hence, consulted a general physician. On DLC blood test results his ESR (50 mm AEFH), monocyte (9%), eosionphil (8%) were above normal, while calcium count was at 8.6mg/dl. Should we consult any specialists and try further tests?
