My Father Is 76 Years Old Had 4 Bypasses About

My father is 76 years old had 4 bypasses about 13 years ago. Today he had an cartiac cath done. He needed at least 3 stints but they could only do one because of scar tissue from previous graphs. He only has 25% heart function. Also his galbladder is infected leaking and they were supposed to remove it tomorrow but say he can't handle the surgery now. He has been a heavy smoker for about 60 years. A lot of swelling in his feet and lost a lot of weight in last couple months. My question is am I loosing my daddy?
