My Father Is 78 Year Old. He Is Suffering From

My father is 78 year old. He is suffering from tinitis for 20 days only. Doctor advise to take 24mg vertin & nootrpil 1.2 twice morning & evening.
Yesterday take first dose morning & evening. After that he comlain burning in all body. What should i do sir?
