My Father Is 80, Has A History Of CVA (in

My father is 80, has a history of CVA (in 2010) with rt sided paralysis, & had a blood infection about 8 wks ago. He was on IV antibiotics for the 7 days he was in the hospital & for a week when brought home. He has been doing fine since. He started getting sick today with vomiting, rapid pulse (112), confussion (usually alert & oriented), & was incontinent of urine once which is unusual for him. BP is 125/63 and temp is 99.9. Should we take him to the ER?
