My Father Is 80 Years Old. He Is Diabetic And

My father is 80 years old. He is diabetic and gone through by-pass surgery 10 years back. He has extreme forgetfulness. Some time asking that all his money was stolen by bank people. Some time asking that wish to go to native place even he is in native place.
Kindly advice.
