My Father Is 85. He Has Been In And Out

My father is 85. He has been in and out of the hospital over the past few months with congestive heart failure , COPD,and he also has type 2 diabetes, he was just admitted to a short term rehab in a nursing home 2 days ago and was diagnosed with pneumonia this morning. What are his chances that he can survive this? Everyone is telling me that this isn't good.
