My Father Is A Diabetic Cardiac Patient, Today Morning Suagr

My father is a diabetic cardiac patient, today morning suagr level after food is 99, viz normal, but in the night he is not getting sleep from past 3 days and little breathing is high when he walks....he takes all the medicines properly, i stopped tonact 10 at night after seeing the side effects which was observed in him, slightly sleeping is coming but not 100%
