My Father Is A Dialysis Patient,latest Xray Report Says...percardial Tube

My father is a dialysis patient,latest xray report says...percardial tube insitu,,,,mild haziness in paracardiac region?due to vasular crowding.suggested clinical correlation.
He is having very bad cough,nausea, unbearable pain under heart directing tobad backache.
Please help me to understand the problem and treatment further.
