My Father Is A Docter ,be Is Using Tazloc 20

My father is a docter ,be is using tazloc 20 ,I don't for what purpose by today night he fall to ground and say to me give me tazloc 20 after 30 mnt he is OK.
But he has cough problem every time ,high bp.
Can you Plz sussation me where I go to for his care to a docter,I mean which type specialist he needs.Plz sussest me
