My father is hypertensive. Usually his BP is 145/90, controlled with meds, diet and exercise. He is 6'2" and weighs around 195. He is feeling dizzy and his BP is currently 168/90, first reading, 188/90 second reading about 10mins later. What should he do? Thank you!
