My Father Is Suffering From Prostate Problem. He Had Been

My father is suffering from prostate problem. He had been taking Urimax and Dutas T for sometime. His PSA is 14 now. Earlier it was 32 and then 22 . As per USG the size of prostate is 90 gm. Now a Urologist has suggested to take Silofast D and Martifur MR 100.
One Homeopathy doctor has also suggested to take his medicines and not to worry.
Please advise further.
