My Father Recently Had Passed,the Doctor That Worked On Him

My father recently had passed,the doctor that worked on him says they did x-rays and blood test and he didn't have any problems,but my dad said he had a very serious chest pain.my question is,Is there anyways i can find out what had causes and what could have done to my dad in this situation?
