My Father Sleeps For Almost All Day And Night....he Wakes

My father sleeps for almost all day and night....he wakes up for few min. Then falls asleep again, he complained dipression n wz given soma fresh, currently he is admited in hospital cause he does nt stay in full sense.....he has kidney failure and stents in one kidney and one kidney is non functioning. The stented kidney function only 25%....he has stenta in heart too....

Doc said all reports including MRI, creatine, liver profil....are normal.....no signs of infection in reports......den why hr keeps on sleeping whole day, is it because he is 71+ age.....v are unable to deal with this..
