My Father Underwent Angioplasty 5 Years Ago. In 5th Year,

My father underwent Angioplasty 5 years ago. In 5th year, he got diagnosed with PRCA (Pure red cell aplasia). Since PRCA is extremely life threatening, we focused on treating it first and stopped all medication such as Ecospirin for the time being. He is now on 2 year treatment for PRCA which involves immune suppressant drug cyclosporine. However our doctor is not sure if he shd continue Ecospirin (which interferes with blood). Can you please suggest?
