My Father Was Having Some Discomfort In The Morning And

My father was having some discomfort in the morning and got this troponin checked and was at o.402 he has been hospitalized and re tested in has a troponin level of 14.317 and no discomfort or any heart pain- he is being monitored right now and will go into angioplasty in another 10 hours- Is it okay to just monitor him right now/ the levels are too high and that is what I am worried about. what does this mean- such high level of Troponin but no discomfort or any other symptoms
