My Feet And Legs Are Very Swollen. It Started Yesterday

My feet and legs are very swollen. It started yesterday with the left foot and leg from the knee down, so I kept it elevated all night. I have a bad left knee so I assumed it was related to that but when I woke up this morning my right foot had started to swell. Obviously salt was the first question but I don't eat salty foods or drink soda, I had flip flops on yesterday and the indentation of my sandle was still on my foot after hours of not wearing them. This past week I've had a lot of numbness and sharp pain in my hands and fingertips even a couple of bad leg cramps. The swelling is only painful in my left foot so far. Any suggestions? YYYY@YYYY
