My Feet And Legs Get So Itchy At Night I

My feet and legs get so itchy at night I can't stand it. I have tried several kinds of anti-itch moisturizer and polysporin anti-itch cream to no avail. Please help me to find something that will stop the itch as I feel like I'm going to scratch off all my skin. What is causing it?
