My Feet Are Really Ichey They Sweat Very Bad When

My feet are really ichey they sweat very bad when I were my work boots I've tried all sorts of athletes foot cream and spray but my skin is red raw and won't stop itching also they won't stop sweating mainly on the heel and down the out side of my food it sweats that bad my skin goes white what is wrong with me
