My Feet Are Swollen & I Don't Know How To

My feet are swollen & I don't know how to get them down. I have a low GFR in my left kidney & my right kidney is atrophied, I just came home 3 days ago from the hospital (a 5 day stay) having been diagnosed with heart problems.. I had a chemical stress test which the cardiologist said I didn't do terrible on. My blood pressure has been down in the normal range since I've been home, I'm not taking any diuretics (due to kidneys) am drinking lots of water. Really, really do NOT want to go to the hospital, can you help?
