My Feet Are Terribly Swollen. The Swelling Goes Down At

My feet are terribly swollen. The swelling goes down at night, but soon as I rise and start doing different activities they become swollen again. I've raised my feet in the daytime when I have a chance, but the swelling doesn't go down until I go to bed. What should I do?
