My Feet Burn And Tingle Constantly. They Ache As Well.

My feet burn and tingle constantly. They ache as well. When I stand or walk it's worse. I have been told I have Arthritis. I take ibuprofin but it doesn't help at all. Can you give me any ideas on what to ask or tell a doctor to get help for this condition. I have had a ct scan for blood clots and everything is fine.
