My Feet Get Hot, Almost A Burning Sensation. Toe Nails

My feet get hot, almost a burning sensation. toe nails have become discoloured. first symptoms appeared about 2 years ago. doctor told me it's from menopause. last few weeks it's gotten worst. I have seen doctor, who is waiting for toe nail sample to rule out fungas (currently too short for sample atm). there is no problems with my sugar levels. went to a naturapath yesterday, she said she wants to rule out structure, recommended I go and see my chiropractor. what do you think?
