My Feet Go Numb Whilst Playing Football/soccer, The Feeling Won't

My feet go numb whilst playing football/soccer, the feeling won't come back unless I stop for around 5-10 minutes, and has occurred/happened to me for the past 3 weeks.

I've been playing football for nearly 2 years, games on Monday and Wednesday for an hour each time.

I'm 5ft 7, average build and try to keep fit.

Any help would be appreciated
