My Feet Have Been Freezing Cold, Tingling And Numb. I

My feet have been freezing cold, tingling and numb. I have noticed it more for the last week or so. Its becoming worse and almost unbearable. Let me mention I fell, slipped down the stairs almost a month ago. Should I go to ER? I went to my PCP Friday and mentioned it and so he is ordering blood tests and xray of leg as he said I have poor circulation in feet and hands. It is getting almost unbearable and scaring me.
