My Feet Have Been Getting More And More Numb. Recently

My feet have been getting more and more numb. Recently the tendon? on each side of right ankle started having constant pain, including limping when I put weight on it, or walk. What is this? should I see a doctor? I'm 77 and only take celebrex for stage 4 OA. feet burn badly all the time.
I have bi-lateral HRP and weak kidneys too. some changes in vision now occuring
