My Feet Have Been Numb For About A Year. About

My feet have been numb for about a year. About 3 months ago I started having a phantom (hot water??) heat from my buttocks down past my knees. May 13th my legs and feet became numb and I started to fall. When I tried to walk to a chair, I couldn't feel my legs and feet to walk. I've had a nerve conduction test and found it comes from my back.
