My Feet Have Been Pins And Needles Pretty Bad All

My feet have been pins and needles pretty bad all day, there are bumps that itch. My son has a rash or bites on his legs that are similar but is too little to tell me anything else. What could cause this? His started yesterday, mine got really bad and noticeable today.
