My Feet Have Been Swelling And Feeling A Little Tingly.

My feet have been swelling and feeling a little tingly. This started last week. Sometime the tingly feeling comes up my leg. I have copd and I am over weight. I quit smoking a few weeks ago but I still want one really bad. I use three different inhalers for my copd. I sit most of the day at a desk working. Should I be worried?
