My Feet Were Extremely Swollen Last Evening. Something Very Unusual

My feet were extremely swollen last evening. Something very unusual for me. Worked today and swelling somewhat subsided, however now at home noticed redness around heel, ankle and blotchy red patches all over my thighs. Blood pressure is elevated, but might be due to my nervousness about this.
