My Female 10 Month Old 13 Lb Mix Breed Doggie

My female 10 month old 13 lb mix breed doggie has stopped eating her dog food and drinking water. She has diarrhea for the past two days, mustard/peanutbutter like movements....with apparent mild distress and urgency. Two nights ago she was vomiting, until nothing but a foamy white liquid came up and that has stopped. She loves "water bones" - ice cubes but will not even suck one of those. This morning she had brown rice and broth...lots of broth. Her gums are pale, so I am going to force feed her liquids - broth and water. She takes Hydroxyzine for allergies, and sometimes Benadryl. Her food is organic and she has bottled water. She plays with a cat, her best friend, and there is a dog on the property who was just treated for round worm. She has ALL ofher immunizations and rabies vaccine is up to date. She has a fantastic vet who is not in the office today.....and I am concerned. I am going out of town in two days - help!
