My Female Child Age 3 Yrs 11 Months Has 22

My female child age 3 yrs 11 months has 22 pus cell per hpf but another test showed 15 pus cell per hpf...but urine culture showed no growth. ...she has one time cramp around naval area fever 100 degree F.vomiting and caugh and cold....but after taking zanocin 100 syrup 5ml morning and evening there was no fever...or any other ...but i am scared that if it come back after closing to take anti biotic...please help my baby...what is the desease and treatments
