My Female Dog Was Physically Molested By An Insane Homeless

My female dog was physically molested by an insane homeless man who broke into my old apt. With a key from a previous tenant. The locks were not changed, as promised. My fear is, could she have human hepatitis from this unspeakable violation? She seems to have recurrent vaginitis with and w/out uti? I took her to 3 vets who basically ignored my story. A police report was made but they shamelessly found this amusing. The man was caught but ran away and not found again. She is spayed but recently had a bout of major liver failure. Thank god she pulled through and is back to her happy self. However, she has these weeping nightmares I wake her from(she sounds just like a woman weeping)which began right after the attack. This is a heinous crime but I can't seem to get any solid answers from anyone. This has impacted me as though she were my actual child and these chronic infections leave me to suspect this diagnosis. Please help, I cannot bear what happened to her. I need to know how to deal with this. It is obviously the big white elephant no one wants to discuss, however, no help will come if no one seriously approaches this issue. Thank you for any advice you could give.
