My Femur In My Right Leg Began To Hurt Me

My femur in my right leg began to hurt me about a month ago it is a pain that is difficult to explain but is there anytime I put weight on my leg and then sometimes hurts worse when I am sitting with no weight whatsoever on it. Now my right humerus is hurting pretty much the same way. What could this be and should I see my dr
