My Fiancé Has Right Upper Abdomen Pain Under The Rib

My fiancé has right upper abdomen pain under the rib cage, bloating and very foul smelling gas. She is currently on Bactrim for a UTI and the symptoms started a few days ago after her muenstral cycle. She is also taking tramadol and naproxen, Lasix and Zoloft. She hasn't been eating or drinking much either. Her mother was recently diagnosed with lupus. Do you know what this might be?
