My Fiance Has Been Taking Night Time Medicine Throughout The

My fiance has been taking Night time medicine throughout the day on a daily basis. I am worried about how this is effecting him. He has high blood pressure and takes medication, he also has a tight heart valve, and an aortic aneurism. Should he be concerned with taking this night time medicine with all these conditions?
