My fiance is 25 yrs old, He has has a headache for the last 3 days. he states it hurts his front left side. He also vomited this morning 3 times. He has a fever of 100. His body aches. He gets dizzy when he tries to walk. He has sensitivity to light. What could be the cause and what can help with his pain?
