My Fiance Noticed Two Circles, The Size Of Dimes On

My fiance noticed two circles, the size of dimes on my spine, near my neck. I don't feel any different sensation from them, but wondering what would cause them? He said when he first noticed them a couple of weeks ago, it looked like the outer edges were darker and a bit red. He took a picture of them.
