My Fiancee Suffers From Relapsing MS And Had A Relapse

My fiancee suffers from relapsing MS and had a relapse during the night last night and is having difficulty walking today. Now, she seems to be developing a bruise on her lower right back flank and that same specific area is painful. Should we be concerned enough to take her to the hospital?? Thank you!!
