My Fiancee Was Diagnosed With Endocarditis In Nov 2014 And

My fiancee was diagnosed with endocarditis in nov 2014 and had to have open heart surgery. (He is 35 now). They replaced his aortic valve with a bovine one and had to repair his mitral valve. By the summer of 2015 he started to smoke marijuana heavily and still does up to 3 times a day. Can this complicate anything with his heart? He uses the RAW organic papers but I am very concerned that this isnt safe. Any information would be very much appreciated.
