My Fiancé Age 67 Has A Weekly (today And Last

My fiancé age 67 has a weekly (today and last 2 weeks) recurring problem characterized by 1st a stomach ache, 2nd constipation, 3rd low grade fever, 4th chills with some shaking and 5th abdominal bloating. The symptoms generally last 24 hours and other than she being fatigued the next day go away.
