My Fiancé Has Had This For A Few Weeks Now,

My fiancé has had this for a few weeks now, he looks like he has a black eye on both sides. It's dark in the corner of his eyes then goes down the side of his cheek almost in the front. No idea what it could be, he does work long hours and doesn't sleep well all the time.
