My Fiancé Is 6 Weeks 6 Days Pregnant Or So

My fiancé is 6 weeks 6 days pregnant or so says the ultrasound. The due date is april first or later or earlier which ever. She had the copper T birth control. My question is. During our relationship we stopped talking for 2 weeks june 15-30. But the date of conception is july 9th. So my question is. Was she pregnant in june?
