My Fience Is Having Pain In His Stomach, Growing And

My fience is having pain in his stomach, growing and butt. He also has been bleeding out of his butt off and on for the last Month. He also has a enlarged heart on the top right side.
He is on Trimterenen-Hydrochloro thiazide.(high blood presure ) Losartan(blood presure). Atorvastatin Calcium.(cholesteral) and the last medicen is Omeprazol ( stomach)
Asking what can be wrong? He refuses going to the hosptial and his doctor. but he told me the pain and preasurer is so bad front and back in stomach butt and growing that he is always in pain and going to the bathroom all the time please tell me what could be going on and if one med is interacting with another. he told me that he drinks the off brand of Mountain dew the pain is not that bad it there but not unbearable. looked on the bottle of the off brand mountian dew it contains pottassuim.
