My Finance Has Cellulitus. Nurses Were Coming In And Treating

My finance has cellulitus. Nurses were coming in and treating it and his legs were almost healed. They released him from being homebound. I was changing his dressings and it was looking really good so we stopped. Now it is back, should I start treating it again or take him to the wound clinic? Thank you.
