My Finger Nails And Toe Are Starting To Grow And

My finger nails and toe are starting to grow and curve 'around' my finger tips and the tips of my toes. Also, I recently have ribs on my finger nails. My toe nails have pealed off a little toe and my middle toe on the same foot. There's no discoloration or bruising and it doesn't hurt. What does that mean?
