My Fingernails Have Horizontal Ridges. My Toenails Are Brittle And

My fingernails have horizontal ridges. My toenails are brittle and yellowish, my big toe on the right foot separated from the nail bed and i trimmed it down to where the "moon" is.

I am a diabetic and have up and down results with my sugars. I take Lisinopril, Janumet, and Glipizide for medications, along with an acid reflux medicine.
