My Fingers Feel Rough, Kind Of Like Sandpaper When I

My fingers feel rough, kind of like sandpaper when I touch any object with my left hand. But when I touch my left hand with my right hand, it feels normal. Not dry or cracked. Have some kind of different feeling in the left hand fingers all the time but some times worse than others. Sometimes they feel swollen but only when I touch something. Do you have any idea what this might be and if it can be fixed?
