My Fingers Hurts In The Morning, All Ten Nuckles Feels

My fingers hurts in the morning, all ten nuckles feels like swallen but they arent. This symptonstarted in July 2016. I've been taking tylenol for artritis although my MD said, I do not have arthritis. If I don't have arhtritis, what is causing the pain in my fingers.
