My Fingertips Create Small Blisters, And Then Soon Start To

My fingertips create small blisters, and then soon start to peel and bleed. This has been happening to me for as long as I can remember. It is extremely painful, embarrassing and hard to type! Sometimes Aloe helps, but I have been prescribed cream after cream and nothing works. I wondered if it was excema, but my fingers are never itchy. Please help!
